Yes, subject to availability. During our busy season (May–August) we recommend booking the larger package if you're on the fence — we can always bring fewer totes on delivery day, but we can't always add more last-minute in peak weeks.
For delivery, no — we can leave totes at a garage, front door, or any agreed spot. For pickup, we do a quick tote count, so you or someone you trust should be present. We'll confirm everything by phone the morning of.

Normal wear is expected — we're not going to charge you for a scratch. Major damage (cracks, broken hinges) or loss is $30/tote replacement cost. We photograph every delivery and pickup, so there's a clear record for both of us.
Every tote is sanitized between rentals with commercial multi-surface cleaner, wiped inside and out, and inspected for cracks or damage before going back into rotation. Any tote that's questionable gets pulled — dirty totes are bad for business and we take it seriously.
